To change the shipping address on your account, go to the Account Info section within your Green Chef account. Click Edit under Delivery and enter your full shipping address. Don’t forget your apartment or unit number. When finished, click Save Changes to update your address.
Be sure to complete any changes prior to the order’s cutoff (12 pm EST, 7 days prior to delivery). If you have missed the cutoff for the order that you would like to change the shipping address for, please contact us at email@example.com or call (888)-236-7295.
We’ve now made it easier for you to change your address for just one week!
- Log in to your account and visit Your Plan.
- Select a week from the banner of dates towards the top of the page.
- Click Edit Order then Modify Order.
- From here, you can add a delivery address to have your order shipped to.
- Just be sure to scroll down and click Save Changes.
