Omnivore, Carnivore, and Family Plans allow for customization of protein preferences. You can opt out of receiving certain proteins, like beef, poultry, pork, lamb, shellfish, fish, or game. With these plans, you will get at least one animal protein a week, according to your preferences.
To opt out of proteins on the Omnivore, Carnivore or Family plans, log in to Your Account. Click Your Plan and Edit Plan.
On both the 2-Person Plan and Family-Plan, you can select Omnivore or Carnivore from the Menu Options.
Check only the proteins that you want to receive.
Click Save Changes.
If we are featuring a recipe with a protein you have opted out of, this recipe will be substituted with a Vegetarian dish.
Note: Based on the protein preferences you set for the Omnivore or Carnivore Plan, you may receive a menu that falls under a different meal plan. Don’t worry—we’ll always charge you the lower price of the two plans.
